Our last couple of days in Ireland were in Dublin which is a major international city where we could only scratch the surface. The result of this is that we got glimpses of wonderful things we could not indulge in...such was the case with the wonderful tea we found during our last ours in Dublin at Machabar. Proprietor Brendan Dempsey helps us pick out some fragrant teas to take back to the US, but our brief visit there and the seemingly hundreds of tins only reminded us of what we were missing...
