Sometimes great food is the work of obscure craftsmen...So it was during our recent trip to the Tipperary races on "Super Sunday" Oct. 4. Besides the great Guinness and predictable Irish Whiskey there was a great Ice Cream truck there with a product a smooth as silk...the name? We will never know....
