Wallen's Market in Bellport is a market in a good, old fashioned time warp...

Wallen's in Bellport is one of Bellport's most comforting and reassuring places simply by being good and consistent. There is nothing fancy about the place, but it hums with quiet, positive energy and people seem to mostly behave themselves there (not something you see a lot of in Bellport). The staff work with calm purpose and it is much easier to get in and out of than Cirillo's across the street (the prices are typically better too). The flat iron steak here is a particular favorite of ours (our experience has been this is a tough cut to get and even explain to meat departments in bigger stores). For a small, community grocery it has a nifty website where you can print out a shopping list and sign up for email offers.
