Mark and Lynn enjoy the summer of Flip Flop...
Our interest in wines in the summer typically lightens up considerably and we tend to enjoy mostly whites and the occassional rose (although these are typically less consistent). We tend to gravitate toward simple wines with a lot of flavor and recently we have found our "go to" wine with the flip flop winery and their inexpensive, crisp and flavorful releases. We particularly like the Chardonnay offering that has a light touch as well as the Cabernet which also is a nice, light red for the summer (a tough thing to find we have found). The company works hard to be socially responsible and they work closely with the Soles 4 Souls program which helps distribute shoes for adults and children in need. Now, if they will only produce a rose...
