Mark and Lynn check out the Southold Fish Market on Long Island's North Fork
The Southold Fish Market was a great thing for us to stumble upon when we were pondering what to eat one recent Sunday. The place has great, beautiful seafood (some take out offerings as well). Lynn and I got Sushi grade tuna for grilling as well as some crabs that we ended up frying. The place is probably too far away for us to utilize it on a regular basis but we are more than thrilled to know it is there if we happen to be out on the North Fork...
Southold Fish Market is at 61850 Main Rd., Southold, 631-765-3200. Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 'til 7:30 p.m.
